Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jussi Virtanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pawel Nastula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nastula has chosen Armia - Niezwyciężony as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Virtanen has a takedown stuffed.
Nastula shoots and misses
and Virtanen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nastula's guard.
Nastula has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Virtanen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Nastula escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Virtanen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Nastula counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Virtanen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nastula on the ground.
Nastula is looking to take a break and control but Virtanen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Nastula is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Virtanen defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Virtanen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nastula has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Virtanen has managed to get both his arms back between Nastula's legs - danger averted.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Nastula is on top in guard.
