Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Booze Hound!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Paulister!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hound shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Paulister is trying to defend but Hound finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Paulister works his way to full guard. Good work.

Hound throws a right hand that Paulister ducks under and follows up with a left that Paulister also avoids with ease.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hound is working to avoid the ground and pound but Paulister connects with a decent elbow.
Hound on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hound tries to get out of the position.
Paulister in side control lands a decent elbow.

Paulister is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hound is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hound tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Paulister wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Paulister is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Hound with him. Hound is trying to defend but Paulister has an arm under the chin now! Hound grimaces and is forced to tap out!
