Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Ah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ah comes to the ring accompanied by Drivin South. Mr Ah could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Arthur Green's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mr Ah!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Arthur Green!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ah misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Green stuns Ah with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ah lands with a slapping head kick.
Mr Ah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Green circles away from the clinch attempt.
Green connects with an inside leg kick.
Ah stuffs the takedown.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Green enables Ah to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Green manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Ah throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Green works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Green wants to stand but Ah is controlling the position.
Ah stands and throws Green's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Green is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Ah has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ah working the ground and pound from side control.

Ah tries for a kimura but Green is defending well.
Green managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Ah.
Green wants to get back to his feet.
Green is working to avoid the ground and pound but Ah connects with a decent elbow.
Ah throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Green is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Ah is chipping away with strikes.
Green is trying to buck Ah off.
Ah landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Ah lands a decent elbow from side control.
Green is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Ah asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Green is pushing Ah's head away, looking to escape. Ah manages to hold on to the position though.

Ah passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Green!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ah lands a nice shot to the head.

Ah looking to secure an arm triangle but Green defends it well.
Ah connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Green is still in real trouble! Can Ah finish him?

Ah has control of Green's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Green regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Green seems to have recovered his senses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Green trying desperately to get to his feet.

Ah looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Ah looking to secure an arm triangle but Green defends it well.
Ah lands a big elbow.
Green is bucking up trying to escape but Ah cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Green trying desperately to get to his feet.
Ah lands a heavy elbow.
The referee warns Green that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Ah has hold of Green's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Green manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Green really wants to buck Ah off and get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Ah lands a big shot there that rocks Green but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Green taking shots to the head.
Green takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Ah won't let Green get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Ah is landing with some decent strikes but Green is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Green is trying to stand.
Ah lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Ah connects with a bit shot that sees Green covering up! More strikes from Ah and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Ah is our winner by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mr Ah!
Mr Ah is the new welterweight champion!
