Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buvaisar Saitiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Kell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saitiev comes to the cage accompanied by Gimme Shelter Rolling stones. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buvaisar Saitiev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacques Kell!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saitiev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kell as he avoids it easily.
Kell lands a jab-cross combination.
Kell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

No joy there for Kell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kell swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Saitiev shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Saitiev was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Saitiev cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Kell's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kell rushes Saitiev with punches - Saitiev moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Saitiev goes down! Kell follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jacques Kell!
