Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Karl van der Rohen!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bo is looking to clinch.
Bo tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and van der Rohen is able to avoid easily.
Bo throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Karl van der Rohen has been cut.
Bo misses with a body shot.
Bo lands a nice looking kick to the body. van der Rohen takes a step back to recover.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bo throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Bo wants to clinch.
Bo throws a sloppy head kick and van der Rohen moves out of range easily.
van der Rohen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bo.

and Bo counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Bo pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Bo fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bo checks a low kick from van der Rohen.
Bo throws a push kick but van der Rohen slaps the foot to one side.
A head kick misses from Bo.
van der Rohen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
van der Rohen lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Ai Bo has been cut.
van der Rohen looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
van der Rohen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bo bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Bo lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bo wants to clinch.
van der Rohen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
That has opened up Karl van der Rohen's cut even more.

van der Rohen swats away the attempt to clinch by Bo.
van der Rohen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bo scores with a head kick.
Bo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but van der Rohen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bo moves in looking to clinch but van der Rohen pushes him off.
Bo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to van der Rohen's calf.
van der Rohen circles away from the clinch attempt.

van der Rohen throws a solid leg kick but Bo takes the impact on his shin and smiles at van der Rohen.
van der Rohen avoids the head kick by Bo.
Bo is looking to clinch.
Bo lands a head kick!
The cut above Karl van der Rohen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Bo lands a big head kick that sends van der Rohen tumbling to the mat! Bo takes a step backwards and waves van der Rohen back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Karl van der Rohen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Karl van der Rohen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
