Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Hightower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Leonard Hightower has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Leonard Hightower seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dean Jackson!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Hightower gets full guard.
Hightower is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jackson defends well.
Hightower is trying to control the position but Jackson postures up.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hightower looking for a guillotine here but Jackson defends easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jackson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jackson distracts Hightower with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Hightower looking for a sweep. Not yet Hightower, not yet.
Hightower trying to keep a closed guard but Jackson is proving a slippery customer.
Hightower has his foot on Jackson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jackson works his way back into a safe position though.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hightower avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Jackson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Hightower escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jackson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jackson postures up in Hightower's guard and throws a big left but Hightower blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson throws a big right hand that misses.
Jackson distracts Hightower with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Jackson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hightower. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hightower is breathing heavily.
Jackson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Hightower working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jackson.
Jackson is working Hightower over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Hightower is rocked!
Jackson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Oh Hightower is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jackson gets to his feet and stands over Hightower, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Hightower felt that one! Jackson unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Hightower from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dean Jackson!
