The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brokholc throws a head kick but Christian moves out of range.
Christian ducks under a wild hook from Brokholc.

Brokholc tries to clinch there but Christian circles away.

Brokholc bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Christian is looking to escape.

Brokholc is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Christian's shoulder. That is not cool.

Christian shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Brokholc's guard.

Christian reaches up to try and control the position but Brokholc seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Christian rolls and tries to escape and now Brokholc has his back!
