The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie has Bamberger up against the cage in a clinch.

Bamberger jumps guard but Gracie stands there with Bamberger around his waist. Bamberger gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gracie is trying to trip Bamberger. He has hold of a leg but Bamberger is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Gracie persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Bamberger wants to control the position but Gracie says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Gracie is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Bamberger defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Gracie throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bamberger was covering up waiting for the punch and Gracie finishes the takedown easily into guard.

A frustrated look appears on Gracie's face as he tries to break the clinch.
