Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Weben (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Hrozny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hrozny has chosen 'Paint It Black' by The Rolling Stones as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jan Hrozny!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hrozny gets the takedown into side control.
Hrozny trying to control the position but Weben is working away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The strikes coming from Hrozny are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Hrozny is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Weben has escaped the position, nice work there.

Hrozny tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hrozny has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Hrozny wants to lay and pray for a moment but Weben keeps working.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hrozny cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hrozny lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Weben hang on?

Weben is desperately trying to improve his position but Hrozny has a good base and remains in mount.
Hrozny lands a big shot there that rocks Weben but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Hrozny is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Weben can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Weben takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Weben knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hrozny on the ground.
Hrozny looks gassed!
Weben wants to control but Hrozny is having none of it.
Hrozny controlling the position easily from mount.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Hrozny avoids the attempt from Weben to control.
Weben can't escape the position.
Hrozny takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Weben is trying desperately to improve position.
Weben on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Weben tries to get out of the position.
Weben defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Hrozny.
Weben tries to reverse the position but Hrozny maintains control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hrozny working for a submission but Weben is keeping him at bay.
Weben is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Weben tries to lock up and control but Hrozny gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Weben is wriggling around trying to escape.
Weben takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jan Hrozny dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Weben shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hrozny gets caught flat footed, as Weben shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Weben has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hrozny wriggles free and stands up.
Hrozny blocks a leg kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hrozny.
Weben shoots in for a takedown but Hrozny shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Weben fails with the takedown
and Hrozny counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Weben. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hrozny prevents Weben from improving his position.
Weben is in trouble now - Hrozny has advanced to mount!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hrozny has hold of Weben's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Weben manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Weben is in a horrible position here. Hrozny smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Hrozny postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Weben looks a forlorn figure.
Hrozny throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Weben has his hands clasped together but Hrozny breaks the hold and Weben is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Hrozny!
