Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ian Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Inoki Yamasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Yamasaki.
Yamasaki throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Carter closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Inoki Yamasaki has been cut.
Yamasaki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carter.
Carter wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Carter walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Yamasaki checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Yamasaki will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Carter postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Yamasaki in real trouble here! The ref calls for Yamasaki to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
