Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Malfacine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malfacine rushes Andrews and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Malfacine.
Malfacine tries to pull guard but Andrews won't allow it.
Malfacine is trying to drag Andrews to the mat but Andrews just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Andrews is trying to maintain a safe position but Malfacine gets an underhook and turns Andrews into the cage.
Andrews using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Malfacine has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Malfacine scores with a shoulder strike.
Malfacine gets through Andrews's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Malfacine pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Andrews slips a straight right by Malfacine.
Malfacine lands with a right hand.
Malfacine scores with the left hand. Andrews knows he should have avoided that one.
Andrews tries to clinch but Malfacine moves away
and Malfacine counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Malfacine trying to mount his opponent but Andrews defends it.
Malfacine passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Andrews!

Malfacine looking to control but Andrews is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Malfacine working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Andrews is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Andrews wants to hold on but Malfacine pushes him away.
Malfacine wants to finish this one by submission but Andrews is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Malfacine.
Malfacine misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Andrews tries to lock up and control but Malfacine gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Malfacine has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Malfacine cracks Andrews with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Andrews tries to hold on but Malfacine pushes him away.
Malfacine lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Andrews hang on?
A nice elbow there by Malfacine.
Andrews is rocked!
Andrews tries to lock up and control but Malfacine gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Malfacine prevents Andrews from getting the reversal.
Malfacine unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Andrews wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Malfacine celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
