The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waybe is looking to clinch.
Waybe throws a leg kick but Matarzo checks it.
Waybe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Matarzo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Waybe wants to clinch.
Matarzo jabs Waybe right on the nose. Waybe blinks but takes it well.
Waybe takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bruno Matarzo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Matarzo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Matarzo grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Waybe takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Matarzo cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
