Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fruin Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolando McClain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McClain has chosen I'm about to crack as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McClain takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kane, right into the meat.
Kane plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Kane turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

McClain decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
McClain looks gassed!
Kane manages to get to full guard.
Kane preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kane is on top in guard.
Kane sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed McClain's guard.
Kane wants to pass to mount but McClain is defending the position.
McClain wants to get back to his feet.
Kane passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for McClain!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kane fails to take his opponent's back.

That's one minute gone in the round.
You get the feeling that McClain really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Kane takes McClain's back.

Kane working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but McClain is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Kane has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! McClain taps out!
