Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Corporal Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davie Jones Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sanders might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Indestructible" by Disturbed. Davie Jones Jr acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corporal Sanders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Davie Jones Jr!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones Jr swings for the body but Sanders moves out of range.
Sanders tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones Jr swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Jones Jr changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sanders looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jones Jr wants to stand but Sanders is controlling his arm.
Sanders tries to improve position but can't.
Jones Jr looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Sanders is avoiding damage well.
Sanders is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sanders can't do much from the bottom here.
Jones Jr tries to advance to mount but Sanders denies him.
Sanders gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sanders is looking to escape.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Sanders misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sanders fails with an attempt to clinch.

Sanders moves in looking to clinch but Jones Jr pushes him off.

Sanders darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Sanders is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jones Jr is just riding it out for now. Sanders eventually gives up the hold.
Sanders is breathing heavily.
Sanders landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Jones Jr is looking to control Sanders's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jones Jr avoid being mounted?
Sanders is tying to control. Jones Jr wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jones Jr tries to get to full guard but Sanders has control of the leg.

Sanders is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jones Jr doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sanders.
Jones Jr really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanders. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jones Jr is trying to stand.
Jones Jr is not content to let Sanders control the position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jones Jr makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jones Jr.
Jones Jr wants to sweep but no luck.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Jones Jr closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones Jr lands in his opponent's guard.
Sanders manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones Jr manages to get himself to full guard.
Jones Jr is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sanders is controlling him.

Jones Jr has his foot on Sanders's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sanders works his way back into a safe position though.

Sanders drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanders jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jones Jr is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jones Jr moves into full mount! Sanders won't be happy about that!
Jones Jr postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sanders looks a forlorn figure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Jones Jr pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Jones Jr wants to control the pace but Sanders is squirming around nicely.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones Jr lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Corporal Sanders has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Davie Jones Jr.

Corporal Sanders seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sanders shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sanders was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Sanders seems to have got his legs back now.
Sanders postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Jones Jr bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Sanders and the fight is over!
