Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Sarmiento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane comes to the cage accompanied by in the end. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane tries to close the distance and clinch but Sarmiento swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Sarmiento seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Kane pushes Sarmiento off looking to stand but Sarmiento dives back in and keeps control.

Kane shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sarmiento's guard.
