Mastadon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Raise Hell- (hed) pe. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mastadon misses the jab.
Mastadon tries to bum rush Gracie Jr with a series of wild strikes but Gracie Jr uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Mastadon works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

It looks like Jorge Gracie Jr has been cut.
Gracie Jr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mastadon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gracie Jr somewhat.
Cletus Mastadon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie Jr avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mastadon slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie Jr, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Mastadon drops Gracie Jr with a beautiful combination! Gracie Jr stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mastadon is looking for the KO!

Mastadon is looking to work some ground and pound but Gracie Jr has wrist control.
Mastadon postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mastadon trying to stand up but can't free himself from Gracie Jr's guard.
Mastadon is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mastadon would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Mastadon won't allow Gracie Jr to sweep him here.
Mastadon scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Mastadon wants to get up but he can't break Gracie Jr's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Gracie Jr is looking to sinch up a triangle. Mastadon throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gracie Jr's body to avoid the submission. Gracie Jr has instead reached around Mastadon's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gracie Jr arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
