Bertozzi has chosen Gunslinger - Avenged Sevenfold as his entrance music. Nathan Maia could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bear Bertozzi's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maia looks for a takedown but Bertozzi sprawls well.

Maia shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bertozzi sprawls well. Bertozzi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Maia gets slowly back to his feet.

Bertozzi has hold of Maia's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Maia seems comfortable defending it but Bertozzi has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Maia is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Maia is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Bertozzi couldn't care less - he's delighted!
