The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arifi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mugger looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Mugger is looking to regain half guard here but Arifi keeps moving and retains side control.
Mugger is trying to get back to his feet.
Arifi takes a little break here. Mugger wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Arifi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mugger is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Mugger is not content to let Arifi control the position.
Mugger is looking to regain half guard here but Arifi keeps moving and retains side control.

Arifi has an Americana. Mugger didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Arifi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Arifi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
