Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Butt Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Correia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Correia shoots in for a takedown but Head shows good takedown defense.
A head kick misses from Head.
Correia shoots in looking for a takedown. Head tries to sprawl out of it but Correia keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Head manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Head throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

It looks like Fedor Correia has been cut.
A left and a right from Head both land. Nice combination.
Head throws a series of punches but Correia moves out of range.
Head tried to score with a low kick but Correia checks it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Correia looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Correia shoots for a takedown but Head saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Butt Head has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Correia.

Correia throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Head's waist but Head gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Correia off to one side.

Correia fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Head, pushing him back against the cage.

Correia is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Correia is nestled in close to Head, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Head scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Correia manages to mount him!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Correia showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Head.
Correia looks for a takedown but Head sprawls well.
Correia moves out of range of the body kick.
Correia tries to clinch but Head is having none of it.

Correia is trying hard to land a takedown here. Head sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Correia finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

and Correia counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Correia stops Head from standing up.

Correia decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Head throws a left and a right that both miss
and Correia counters with a big head kick but Head shrugs it off.

Head gets caught flat footed, as Correia shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Head wants to get back to his feet but Correia passes into half guard.
Head scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Correia manages to mount him!
Head is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Head knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Correia on the ground.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Head tries to buck Correia off but Correia takes his back!
Correia lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Head is trying to stand back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Correia wants to control but Head is keeping busy.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Head trying to get back to his feet but Correia is in full control for now.

Correia is working for a rear naked choke. Head is not defending it well and Correia has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Head refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Head's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
