Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nathanial Hornblower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Bonn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nathanial Hornblower has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nathanial Hornblower seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Hornblower.
Bonn is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Hornblower throws an elbow but Bonn slips to the side and avoids it well.

Bonn tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hornblower wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Hornblower postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Bonn manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hornblower's best efforts.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bonn can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hornblower wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bonn keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bonn is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hornblower is aware though and is defending well.
