Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tuomas Keto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Phal Um!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Um fails with a takedown attempt.
Um shoots for a takedown but Keto saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Phal Um seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Um stuffs the takedown.
Um tries to close the distance and clinch but Keto swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Um. No joy for Keto on that attempt.
Keto moves forwards but Um connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Keto throws a body punch but Um moves out of range.

Um darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Keto regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Um.
Um postures up.

Keto is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Um is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Keto trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Um is looking to work some ground and pound but Keto has wrist control.
Keto is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Um trying to control but Keto is working from the bottom.
Keto lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Um!
Um is squirming around, avoiding Keto's attempts to control the action.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Um holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Keto tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Keto controlling the pace for now.
Keto wants to control the pace but Um is squirming around nicely.

Keto sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Keto tries to control but Um wriggling away.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Keto takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Tuomas Keto just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Keto ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Keto lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Keto pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Keto shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Um napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Um is not content to let Keto control the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Keto is really struggling to control Um but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Um tries to clinch there but Keto circles away.

Um shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Um was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Um avoids the attempt from Keto to control.
Um landing punches.
Um postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Keto looks a forlorn figure.
Um connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Keto is in all sorts of trouble here.
Keto tries to lock up and control but Um gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Keto is squirming around, avoiding Um's attempts to control the action.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Um cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Um scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Um lands a heavy elbow.
Um lands with some strikes.
Um cracks Keto with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Keto is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Um is nestled in close to Keto, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Um throws a strike but Keto manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will Um tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!
