Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pai Mei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pai Mei has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pai Mei!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mei blocks a head kick by Morgan.
Morgan digs a good body shot into Mei's ribs.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mei.
An inside leg kick from Mei misses.
Morgan tries to clinch but Mei is having none of it.
A nice inside leg kick there by Mei. That's going to slow Morgan down.
Mei tries to clinch up.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Morgan comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Mei tries to circle away but Morgan has him pinned against the ropes.

Morgan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mei shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Morgan defends it nicely.
Morgan moves out of range of the body kick.
Morgan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mei shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Morgan but Morgan pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pai Mei. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Good leg kick by Morgan there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Morgan thumps Mei with a low kick.
Morgan throws a head kick that half lands.
Mei closes the distance and clinches up with Morgan, looking for a takedown. Mei pushes Morgan against the ropes but Morgan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Morgan lands a big head kick that sends Mei tumbling to the mat! Morgan takes a step backwards and waves Mei back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Morgan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Mei drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Morgan follows Mei to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
