With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim McAllister!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAllister slaps away a takedown attempt from Alexandrov, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Alexandrov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
McAllister misses with a jab, cross combination.
McAllister fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Alexandrov manages to avoid it.
Alexandrov fails with the takedown.

McAllister gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

McAllister has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Alexandrov clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
McAllister gets his hands free as Alexandrov looks to control.
McAllister is hanging on to Alexandrov's back as he tries to escape.

McAllister takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

McAllister really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Alexandrov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
McAllister prevents Alexandrov from getting the reversal.
Alexandrov tries to lock up and control but McAllister gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Alexandrov is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because McAllister is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Alexandrov tries to hold on but McAllister pushes him away.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

That's time! Alexandrov's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Alexandrov just misses with a punch to the body.

McAllister closes the distance and pushes Alexandrov back into the cage.
McAllister stalls.

McAllister's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McAllister throws a low kick but Alexandrov avoids it.
Alexandrov tries to close the distance and clinch up but McAllister swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McAllister changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Alexandrov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Alexandrov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. McAllister fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Alexandrov wants to clinch up but McAllister keeps it at a distance.

McAllister shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than McAllister was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Alexandrov wants to hold on but McAllister pushes him away.
McAllister tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

McAllister prevents Alexandrov from getting the reversal.
Alexandrov gets back to half guard.
McAllister wants to pass to mount but Alexandrov is defending the position.

McAllister stands up out of the half guard.
Alexandrov has his takedown stuffed

and McAllister counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

McAllister has picked Alexandrov up - he's going for a ride! McAllister dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Alexandrov gets back to full guard.
McAllister has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Alexandrov is proving hard to escape from.

Alexandrov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McAllister gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McAllister content to stall in guard here.

Alexandrov working for a triangle but McAllister defends it easily.

Alexandrov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McAllister can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
McAllister slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Jim McAllister showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Alexandrov fails with the takedown

and McAllister counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Alexandrov!
McAllister controlling from the full mount.

Alexandrov bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Alexandrov works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Alexandrov tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Jim McAllister has got the better of the ground game so far.

Alexandrov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and McAllister defends it well.

Alexandrov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Alexandrov won't allow McAllister to get back to his feet.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now McAllister is on top in guard.
McAllister wants to stand but Alexandrov has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
McAllister controls from within his opponent's guard.

McAllister wants to stand up but Alexandrov is controlling the position.
Jim McAllister is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Alexandrov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but McAllister pulls his head out easily.
McAllister looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Alexandrov wants to get back to full guard.
McAllister stops Alexandrov from getting back to his feet.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
McAllister prevents Alexandrov from improving his position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
McAllister tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Alexandrov was well out of range. Poor timing from McAllister.

and McAllister counters with a single leg into guard. Alexandrov didn't expect that.

Alexandrov looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Anton Alexandrov has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
McAllister has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Alexandrov is proving hard to escape from.

Jim McAllister comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well McAllister has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
