Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Willy Pete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen Trenchtown Rock as his entrance music. Jimmy Davis will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pete misses with a looping right.
Pete throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pete ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Nice takedown defense from Pete. No joy for Davis on that attempt.
Pete comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Davis shoots in but no luck this time.
Davis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Willy Pete has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Davis.
Pete scores with a body shot.
Davis looks gassed!
Pete lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Pete is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Jimmy Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pete swivels and escapes.
Davis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Pete misses with a few strikes there.
Nice body punch from Pete.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pete darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Pete connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Pete keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Pete tests Davis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Davis misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pete lands the left hand.

Davis with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pete to score with a decent uppercut.

Davis tries to move into range but Pete moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Pete scores with a sloppy right hand. Davis should have avoided that one.

Davis is trying desperately to land a takedown but Pete is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Davis.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pete lands a nice looking body shot.
Davis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Davis is still on wobbly legs! Can Pete finish him?
BOOM! Pete lands a beautiful left hook that drops Davis. Davis tries to recover but Pete is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Davis lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
