Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between DONOVAN BAGCAL (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). BAGCAL comes into the arena with careful click,click by the WUTANG CLAN blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by BAGCAL.
BAGCAL lunges at Williams with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Williams's hand.
Williams darts in and clinches BAGCAL up against the cage.
Williams manages to break the clinch.
Williams looks for the body kick but BAGCAL saw that one coming.
BAGCAL scores with a punch to the head.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Williams looks to throw the jab but BAGCAL is out of range.
Williams clinches with his opponent.
BAGCAL tries to pull guard but Williams won't allow it.
BAGCAL jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Williams walks away with a smile on his face. BAGCAL gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Williams finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Williams moves away from the strike by BAGCAL.
BAGCAL throws a head kick that misses.

Williams shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Williams looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Williams postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for BAGCAL to stand up.

BAGCAL lands with a kick to the temple. Williams shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Williams lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
BAGCAL misses with a body kick.
Williams stuns BAGCAL with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Williams takes a swing at BAGCAL's ribcage but misses.
Williams swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by BAGCAL.
Williams wants to clinch up but BAGCAL keeps it at a distance.
BAGCAL throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
BAGCAL misses with a head kick.
BAGCAL throws a head kick but Williams moves out of range.
Williams gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows BAGCAL to score an easy takedown into full guard.

BAGCAL stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

The fight stays on the outside here - Williams looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Williams looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
BAGCAL shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Williams pinned against the cage. Williams gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for DONOVAN BAGCAL. That's going to take a lot out of him.
BAGCAL gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
BAGCAL has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Williams off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Williams throws a good cross that connects.

A looping hook to the body misses from Williams. BAGCAL does a little dance to reset his feet.

Williams misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

BAGCAL tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Williams swivels and escapes.

and Williams counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Williams shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says BAGCAL as he avoids it easily.

BAGCAL throws a head kick but Williams moves out of range.
BAGCAL keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Williams dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up but BAGCAL swats him away and circles back towards the center.
BAGCAL throws a sloppy head kick and Williams moves out of range easily.
BAGCAL lands with an overhand left.
BAGCAL throws a right and a left that Williams avoids nicely.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Williams defends well against a solid takedown attempt from BAGCAL.
BAGCAL takes one to the chin there.
Williams connects with a right hand. BAGCAL shakes it off.
Williams lands a jab to BAGCAL's midsection.
BAGCAL is breathing heavily.
Williams wants to clinch.
A solid leg kick lands there for Williams.
Williams is looking to clinch but BAGCAL is avoiding it.
BAGCAL throws a sloppy head kick and Williams moves out of range easily.

Williams moves into the clinch.
BAGCAL is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Williams scores with a hook to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Williams escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Williams, as that shot connected.
BAGCAL ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Williams tries for a takedown but BAGCAL sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Williams lands with a nice body punch.
A head kick misses from BAGCAL.
BAGCAL throws a head kick that misses.
Williams keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Williams bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
BAGCAL is rocked!
Williams lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. BAGCAL is looking to close the distance but Williams sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! BAGCAL crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope BAGCAL is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
