Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leus Andersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kal El (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Andersen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to BLUNT- "The Iron Maiden". Kal El acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andersen misses with a looping left.

Andersen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Andersen showed some decent athleticism there.
Andersen tries to pass the half guard into mount. El knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Andersen thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed El's head.
El is not content to let Andersen control the position.
El tries to kick Andersen off but Andersen keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Andersen misses with a few strikes there.
Andersen throws a body punch but El moves out of range.
El takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Leus Andersen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Andersen moves into the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Andersen is working El over against the cage.
El looks gassed!

Andersen has clasped his hands together around El's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big shot lands for Andersen! That's hurt El! Will he recover? Andersen fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
