The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawrence shoots in but Montelongo avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Lawrence counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Montelongo tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Lawrence manages to move to mount!

Lawrence changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Montelongo tries to avoid it but Lawrence manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Montelongo to the ground. Montelongo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
