The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers misses with a few strikes there.
Andrado tries to move into range but Powers moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Powers throws a quick inside leg kick.
Andrado closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Powers lands a slapping body shot.
Powers avoids a kick to the body.
Andrado looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Powers lands a two punch combo.
Powers connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Powers throws a series of strikes that have Andrado backpedaling.
Powers moves out of range of the body kick from Andrado.
Andrado takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Powers thuds his right hand into Andrado's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Powers cracks a nice hook into Andrado's ribs.

Powers lands a nice hook to Andrado's body. Andrado takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Andrado throws a push kick but Powers slaps the foot to one side.
Powers's jab looks to have found its range, popping Andrado under the eye.
Andrado throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Powers scores with a nice body kick.
Powers scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Powers smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Andrado on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Powers feints a jab promting Andrado to slip. Powers then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Andrado slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Powers lands with a shot to the body.
Powers is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Andrado had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Powers scores with the left hand. Andrado knows he should have avoided that one.

Andrado is rocked!
Andrado looks up at the clock. Bad move! Powers lands a right hand from hell, dropping Andrado. Powers pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
