Jon has chosen Indestructible as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kyle Jon!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jon pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Edwards scores with a shot to the body.
Jon misses with a jab to the body
and Edwards counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Kyle Jon has been cut.
Edwards showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jon.
Jon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Edwards moves into range and connects with a jab.
Kyle Jon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jon scores with a crisp jab that stopped Edwards in his tracks.

It looks like Nathaniel Edwards has been cut.
Jon throws a lazy right hand but Edwards sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Edwards tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jon throws a big shot that misses.
Jon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Edwards moves away.
Edwards throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Edwards misses with the combination.
Jon throws a left and a right that both miss
and Edwards counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Jon throws a predictable looking body shot
and Edwards counters with a thumping low kick.
Jon looks gassed!
Edwards throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Edwards takes a swing at Jon's ribcage but misses.
Jon thows a body shot but no joy.
Jon has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Jon moves forwards but Edwards connects with a nice, crisp jab.

That has opened up Kyle Jon's cut even more.
Edwards throws a sloppy head kick and Jon moves out of range easily.
Edwards misses with a double jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jon on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Edwards drops Jon with a beautiful combination! Jon stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Edwards is looking for the KO!

Jon is rocked!
Edwards lands with a right and another and another! Jon is in big trouble! Edwards lands again and this time it's lights out for Jon! A quality knockout there for Edwards.
