The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dick swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Progbeniak forces Dick back against the ropes and clinches.

Dick pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Dick gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Progbeniak wants to control from the top but Dick keeps moving.

Progbeniak stands and steps away. Dick gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Dick slaps away a takedown attempt from Progbeniak, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Progbeniak fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Progbeniak throws a leg kick but Dick sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Progbeniak shoots for a double leg takedown but Dick sprawls well. He's pushed Progbeniak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tiny Dick has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aleksandr Progbeniak.
Progbeniak fails with an attempt to clinch.
Progbeniak throws a right and a left that Dick avoids nicely.
Dick throws a series of punches but Progbeniak avoids them all with ease.

Progbeniak clinches up against the ropes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A right handed body shot lands from Dick.
Progbeniak fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Progbeniak tries to pull guard but Dick holds him up against the ropes and eventually Progbeniak drops back down to his feet.
Dick gets through Progbeniak's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
A bit of stalling here from Dick.

Dick escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dick lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Aleksandr Progbeniak has been cut.
Progbeniak looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dick tries to bum rush Progbeniak with a series of wild strikes but Progbeniak uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Dick lands a left and a right that send Progbeniak crashing to the mat, dazed. Dick thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Progbeniak is rocked!

Progbeniak tries to keep at a distance but Dick has taken the fight into the clinch.
Dick prevents Progbeniak from breaking the clinch.

Dick escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dick lands a right hook to the body.

Dick lands a left and a right that send Progbeniak crashing to the mat, dazed. Dick thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Progbeniak is still on wobbly legs! Can Dick finish him?
Dick lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Progbeniak is looking to close the distance but Dick sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Progbeniak crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Progbeniak is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
