Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between bryce ahr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Faure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Travis Faure struggled to make weight for this fight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faure misses with the combination.

Faure shoots in and bounces ahr off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
ahr is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Faure dives into side control.

Faure working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
ahr is trying to control Faure's posture but Faure avoids it.

Faure is trying to get an arm triangle but ahr is defending well.
ahr sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
ahr looks like he's trying to stand up.

Faure seems to be looking for submissions.

Faure is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and ahr defends it well.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

ahr wants to control but Faure is keeping busy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

ahr got a little sloppy there for a moment and Faure has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, ahr has managed to get both his arms back between Faure's legs - danger averted.

Faure escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. ahr gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Faure has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. ahr doesn't defend quickly enough and Faure has managed to lock this one up! Can ahr escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Faure on a fantastic submission victory.
