Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dusty Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by I Stand Alone. Silva has chosen Bullet For My Valentine - Your Betrayal as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dusty Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Adam Silva!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.

Silva moves into the clinch successfully.
Brown tries to break the clinch but Silva is controlling the position.
Silva keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Brown's efforts to push away.
Brown fails to pull the fight into his guard.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Silva takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Silva has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Brown uses from the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Silva counters with a good, hard body kick but Brown shrugs it off.
Silva tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Brown fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silva, pushing him back against the cage.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Silva has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Brown regains guard immediately.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Brown is wriggling around but Silva manages to pass to half guard.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Brown just misses with a elbow thrown towards Silva's brow.

Brown has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Silva avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Brown pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Silva counters with a nice low kick that buckles Brown's knee momentarily.

Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brown gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Adam Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Silva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
