These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns is looking to clinch but Laurentian is avoiding it.
Laurentian throws an overhand right that lands on Burns's shoulder, as Burns tries to avoid the shot.
Burns takes a swing at Laurentian's ribcage but misses.

Burns lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A looping hook to the body misses from Burns. Laurentian does a little dance to reset his feet.
Laurentian walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Burns checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Burns's corner calls for a 1-2. Burns obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Burns throws a looping overhand right but Laurentian ducks down to avoid it.

Burns lands a nice leg kick that just misses Laurentian's sensitive parts.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
