Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mini Boxo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abbath Occulta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Occulta's choice of entrance music: Immortal - The Rise of Darkness. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Occulta.
Occulta misses with a straight left.
Occulta wants to clinch up but Boxo keeps it at a distance.
Boxo pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Boxo thuds a left hand into Occulta's body.
Boxo lands a jab.
Boxo looks to land a right hand but Occulta moved out of range.

Occulta cracks Boxo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Occulta missing with a left hand there. Boxo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Boxo, as that shot connected.

Boxo instigates a clinch.

Occulta manages to break the clinch.
Boxo takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Occulta throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Boxo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Occulta is in Boxo's guard.
Boxo wants to stand but Occulta is controlling the position.

Boxo looking for a sweep. Not yet Boxo, not yet.
Occulta landing with the ground and pound.
Occulta is in close to Boxo's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Boxo wants to control from the top but Occulta keeps moving.

Occulta distracts Boxo with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Occulta is fighting to break Boxo's control of his arms but Boxo is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

We're going to have a standup here because Mini Boxo wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Boxo misses with an attempted mid kick.

Occulta throws a hook but Boxo avoids it easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Boxo counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Occulta looks gassed!

Occulta throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Boxo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Boxo is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Good leg kick by Boxo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Mini Boxo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Boxo lands with a kick to the temple. Occulta shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Boxo pushes Occulta away with a front kick.
Boxo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Boxo connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Occulta takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

and Boxo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Boxo counters with a three punch combo that has Occulta backing up. Occulta nods at Boxo to acknowledge the strikes.
Boxo is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Boxo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Boxo throws a quick inside leg kick.

Boxo lands a big head kick that sends Occulta tumbling to the mat! Boxo takes a step backwards and waves Occulta back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Occulta is rocked!

Boxo feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Occulta sprawling to the canvas! Occulta rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Boxo finish him?!
Occulta is still on wobbly legs! Can Boxo finish him?
Boxo drops Occulta with a straight right hand, right on the button! Boxo follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mini Boxo!
