Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Cortez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Lindfors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Felix Lindfors wasn't active enough on the ground.

Lindfors stalks Cortez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cortez's face. Cortez staggers backwards, shaken.

Cortez drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lindfors manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cortez has Lindfors in his guard.

Lindfors drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Lindfors as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Cortez screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Lindfors! Nice submission victory there!
