PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Petri Pakkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and teuvo toblerone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pakkanen comes into the arena with Loost Koos - Pakkasta blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from toblerone as Pakkanen shoots in.
toblerone lands a nice shot that snaps Pakkanen's head back.
Pakkanen has a takedown stuffed.
toblerone throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Pakkanen tumbling to the canvas!

Pakkanen is rocked!

Pakkanen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. toblerone doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. toblerone manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oh Pakkanen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pakkanen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

toblerone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pakkanen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

toblerone stands up from half guard.
Pakkanen closes the distance and clinches up with toblerone, looking for a takedown. Pakkanen pushes toblerone against the ropes but toblerone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Petri Pakkanen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pakkanen on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
toblerone sends Pakkanen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! toblerone is motioning to the referee to let Pakkanen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Pakkanen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts toblerone as he jumps to the side.
toblerone cracks Pakkanen with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Pakkanen falls to his knees and toblerone doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
