Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tonio Ortega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd MayweatherJr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortega kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Last Caress. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MayweatherJr throws a series of punches but Ortega moves out of range.
MayweatherJr throws a right and a left that Ortega avoids nicely.
Ortega darts in and clinches MayweatherJr up against the cage.
MayweatherJr wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
MayweatherJr working hard to break the clinch.
MayweatherJr takes a knee right on the jaw!
Ortega lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
MayweatherJr is trying to force a seperation but Ortega has the dominant position.
MayweatherJr is looking to break free of the clinch but Ortega has double underhooks.
Ortega connects with a nasty looking knee right to MayweatherJr's face.
Ortega has MayweatherJr pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. MayweatherJr is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Ortega - that's hurt MayweatherJr badly! Oh, another knee lands and MayweatherJr is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but MayweatherJr doesn't seem to be complaining.
