The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Semenov misses with a wild combination.
Tannen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tannen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The referee warns Semenov that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Tannen breaks from Semenov's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Tannen is landing with some decent strikes but Semenov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Semenov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tannen on the ground.

Tannen loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Semenov scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Tannen land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Tannen stands and salutes the crowd.
