The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punani swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mac.
Mac shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Punani but Punani pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Punani swings for the body but Mac moves out of range.
Punani misses with an uppercut. Mac saw that one coming.
Punani displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mac.
Mac walks into a stiff left hand from Punani.
Punani dips to his left and cracks Mac with an uppercut!
Mac throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mac misses with a hook. Punani ducked under it nicely.
No joy there for Punani, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Punani circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mac misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mac blocks a jab.
A big left from Punani misses.
Punani throws a combination that misses

and Mac counters with a series of strikes that sends Punani to the canvas! Mac follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Punani is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mac stands and steps away. Punani gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Punani is still on wobbly legs! Can Mac finish him?

Mac shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Punani takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Mac sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Punani bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
