The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonsean dives in and grabs Jacobs's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jacobs pushes down on Jonsean's head and hops out.
Jacobs slaps away a takedown attempt from Jonsean, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jacobs looks for a takedown but Jonsean sprawls well.

Jacobs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jacobs showed some decent athleticism there.
Jonsean is trying to stand back up but Jacobs is controlling him

Jacobs is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jonsean is just riding it out for now. Jacobs eventually gives up the hold.
