Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bosse Grepp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jenson StMarx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). StMarx is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Skank Monkey. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grepp loads up on a big right hand but StMarx slips the punch.
Grepp fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. StMarx sprawls well initially but Grepp persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
StMarx is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bosse Grepp overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
StMarx has hold of Grepp's hands but Grepp slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Grepp uses his free foot to push down on StMarx's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for StMarx.

Grepp is going oldschool here, as he tries to force StMarx to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so StMarx shrugs it off.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Grepp connects with a nice short shot to StMarx's temple.
