Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cake Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jacob Hunt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cake Jr!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jr swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jr tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hunt shoots in looking for a takedown. Jr tries to sprawl out of it but Hunt keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hunt tried to score with a low kick but Jr checks it.
Jr looks for the body kick but Hunt saw that one coming.
Jr misses with a jab, cross combination.

Jr lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hunt circles away quickly and effectively.

Jr tries to clinch up but Hunt circles away and keeps his distance.

and Hunt counters with a low kick, right behind Jr 's knee.

Hunt throws a sloppy head kick and Jr moves out of range easily.

Jr tries to bum rush Hunt with a series of wild strikes but Hunt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Hunt throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Hunt throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

and Hunt counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Jr has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Hunt.

Hunt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jr sprawls well. Jr wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hunt gets slowly back to his feet.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Jr steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hunt. That one must have hurt.
Jr avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hunt lands a jab to Jr's midsection.
Hunt swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Jr on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Hunt connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jr's face.

Jr tries to clinch up but Hunt circles away and keeps his distance.
Jr dips to his left and cracks Hunt with an uppercut!

and Hunt counters with a three punch combo that has Jr backing up. Jr nods at Hunt to acknowledge the strikes.

Jr dives in and grabs Hunt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hunt pushes down on Jr's head and hops out.

Hunt shoots for a double leg takedown but Jr sprawls well. He's pushed Hunt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Hunt has managed to clinch.
Hunt gets underhooks to prevent Jr's takedown attempt.
Jr's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Jr tries to break the clinch but Hunt is controlling the position.

Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jr tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Jacob Hunt is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

and Jr counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
