Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior Filho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro The Sith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Sith has chosen Star Wars- The Imperial March as his entrance music. Filho is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Pedro The Sith acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filho shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with The Sith but The Sith pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The Sith lunges at Filho with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Filho's hand.

The Sith decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Filho is defending against the submission attempts here by The Sith.
The Sith is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Filho defends it well.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The Sith is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Filho is just riding it out for now. The Sith eventually gives up the hold.

Filho shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and The Sith counters with a nice double leg into side control. Filho won't be happy with that.

The Sith misses with a two punch combination.
Filho has his takedown stuffed
so The Sith counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The Sith drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and The Sith jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The Sith thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The Sith postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Filho is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of The Sith, into his guard.
The Sith wants to sweep here but Filho controlling him for the moment.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Filho stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Sith swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pedro The Sith showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
The Sith misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The Sith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Filho circles away quickly and effectively.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Filho on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The Sith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Filho circles away quickly and effectively.

Filho tries to clinch but The Sith moves away
and The Sith counters with a shoot takedown. Filho fights it but they end up in guard.
The Sith stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Filho gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Filho wants to hit a switch here but The Sith passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Filho there!

Well The Sith has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
