PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hijav Bahrai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dond Bond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hijav Bahrai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dond Bond!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bahrai throws a head kick but Bond moves out of range.
Bahrai throws a low kick, looking for Bond's leg but Bond calmly moves out of range.
Bond tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bahrai sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bond somewhat.
Bahrai tried to score with a low kick but Bond checks it.
Some bone on bone action there as Bond checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Both fighters circling a little - Bahrai finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Bahrai lands a big head kick that sends Bond tumbling to the mat! Bahrai takes a step backwards and waves Bond back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Bond is rocked!

It looks like Dond Bond has been cut.
Hijav Bahrai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bond shoots in looking for a takedown. Bahrai tries to sprawl out of it but Bond keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Bahrai manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bahrai fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bond checks it well.
Bahrai misses with a body kick.
Bond on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bahrai. Bahrai obviously looking to wear him down.
Bond looks gassed!
A head kick misses from Bahrai.
Bahrai seems to be stalking Bond here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Bond drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
