Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cabbage Patched (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Boon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eric Boon told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Boon!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patched avoids the head kick by Boon.
Patched connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boon. Boon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Patched takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

It looks like Cabbage Patched has been cut.
Patched uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Boon.
A punch combination from Boon misses.
Boon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Boon throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Patched's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boon misses with a head kick.
Boon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Boon ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Patched looks for a takedown but Boon sprawls well.
Patched scores with a decent looking hook.
Boon throws a sloppy head kick and Patched moves out of range easily.
Boon takes one to the chin there.
Boon takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Boon looks gassed!
Boon on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Patched. Patched obviously looking to wear him down.

Patched dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Boon. That did some damage!
Boon slips a jab and a cross from Patched.
Eric Boon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Patched digs a good body shot into Boon's ribs.
Patched lands a brutal head kick. Boon looks out on his feet and Patched throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
