The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
sdf shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jones tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
sdf takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Jones scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Jones scores with a jab to the head.
Jones will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

sdf is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jones, right into the meat.
sdf fails to land the takedown.
Jones lands a lovely overhand right.

Rashad Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
