Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between adolf christ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magnum P I (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Magnum P I was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

P I rushes christ and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as P I takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
christ looking to throw knees to the head but P I is blocking nicely.

P I gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, christ regains guard.

P I is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
christ scores with a couple of body punches from the bottom.
christ knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for P I on the ground.

christ is looking for a triangle but P I pushes his legs off easily.
P I wants to pass the guard but christ is keeping the position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
christ manages to get back to half guard.
P I looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

christ will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

P I drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and P I jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

christ doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
christ looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

christ working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. P I doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. P I manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
