The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zane slips a jab and a cross from Boeg.
Boeg checks a leg kick nicely.
Zane throws a right and a left that Boeg avoids nicely.
Zane closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Urban Boeg has been cut.
Zane connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Boeg displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Zane throws out the jab.

and Boeg counters with a two punch combo.

Zane fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Boeg, pushing him back against the cage.

Zane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boeg looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Boeg tries to keep at a distance but Zane has taken the fight into the clinch.

Boeg goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Boeg works on Zane's body with a couple of short punches.

A nice left hand lands by Zane.

Zane breaks from the clinch.
Zane throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Zane closes the distance and clinches.
Boeg tries a knee to the head but Zane blocks it.

Zane is trying to break the clinch but Boeg is controlling him.

Zane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Zane clinches up with Boeg and pushes him back against the cage.
Boeg manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Zane scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Boeg looking to stall.
Boeg lands with a right to the head.
Boeg throws a knee to the head but misses.
Zane will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Boeg up against the cage.

Boeg swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Zane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Zane counters with a nice body shot.
Zane throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Boeg.
Frank Zane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
