Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vinny Patenza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Rai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Patenza's entrance music is W.Peace, custom entrance music. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patenza misses with an uppercut. Rai saw that one coming.

Rai changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Patenza tries to avoid it but Rai manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Patenza to the ground. Patenza escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Patenza is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Rai's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Patenza lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Rai has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Rai and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
