The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drogba misses with a series of wild punches.

Drogba darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Drogba is looking to advance position but Ho won't allow it.
Drogba looks to land a strike but Ho avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Drogba chips away with some ground and pound.
Ho keeping moving, preventing Drogba from controlling successfully.
Drogba wanted to stand there but Ho had control of the position.

Ho is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Drogba is aware though and is defending well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drogba thows a big elbow that misses.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Drogba is staying active underneath Ho, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ho stuffs the takedown attempt from Drogba. Drogba gets slowly back to his feet.

and Drogba counters with a shoot takedown. Ho fights it but they end up in guard.

Ho sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Drogba's guard.
Drogba is breathing heavily.
